1. How do I shop on Boutique Kidz.com?
ANSWER: That's simple! Just click on the category that you are interested in, whether it's hairbows,tutu's or any other category. When you find an item you like, simply click "add to cart" , and your item will automatically be stored in your cart until you are ready to checkout.
2. How do I checkout?
ANSWER: All you do to checkout is click the "checkout" button in the upper right hand corner. You will them be prompted to finish your transaction.
3. How can I pay for my items?
ANSWER: At this time, I only accept PAYPAL. PAYPAL is very easy to use, and at checkout, you will be prompted to their site to pay for your transaction. You will NOT have to give me your credit card info, it is protected by PAYPAL-this makes it safer for you and me. If you don't have a PAYPAL account yet, I will be more than happy to accept a money order, provided that you email me before checkout and let me know that's how you intend to pay. Please allow time for your money order to be received, as I will only ship out your item AFTER the bank has cleared your money order. If you have ANY questions, go to the "contact us" page and shoot me an email- I will answer you as soon as I can!
4. How long will it be before my item is shipped?
ANSWER: If the item you purchased is listed as "ready to ship", it will be mailed out within 24 hours. If it is listed as "made to order", please allow 2 weeks for your item to be made(clothing), and 1 week for accessories. It usually takes MUCH LESS time, but, if I have a lot of orders come in at the same time, I want you to know what to expect! As always, if you need something "FAST", let me know and I will do my best to get it ready for you!
5. How much is shipping?
ANSWER: The amount of shipping will vary for different products, in order to be fair. The shipping amount will be in the item listing. I will combine shipping also, just email me for an ammended total.
6. What shipping company will ship my package?
ANSWER: I either ship USPS or UPS, depending on how much I have to ship, and which is more convenient. If you prefer a different company, please let me know.
